An n8n automation that scans the market every week so Sztanojev Zsuzsanna (Crescendo Asszisztencia) doesn't have to scroll forums and job listings for potential clients herself.

Problem

Sztanojev Zsuzsanna (Crescendo Asszisztencia) works as a one-person virtual assistant. Her time is money, so she can't afford to spend her days scrolling forums and job listings looking for potential clients.

Built

An automation that watches the market for her: every week it collects who's currently looking for outsourced operations/admin support, from open job listings (Hungary and the DACH region) and hidden demand (business owners publicly posting about drowning in admin work). The AI doesn't search by keyword, it analyzes and scores each result in context, strictly separating what's actually stated in the source from its own interpretation. Every Monday, an email lands in her inbox with the week's best matches, with no automatic outreach: she always keeps control.

BB Cuts Review Radar

n8n

An n8n automation for a hair salon that automatically recognizes the right moment after every appointment and, based on the booking data, sends a personalized Google review request to the guest with no human involvement.

Manual work saved, outcomes maximized

Problem

BB Cuts, a hair salon, had no automatic follow-up process for review requests: most guests never got asked, so the flow of new Google reviews stayed low and inconsistent, and manual outreach was time-consuming and easy to skip in the daily rush.

Built

The system runs on every BarberCloud booking confirmation: the AI reads the guest's name, email address, appointment time, and service, then calculates when the booking ends. If all the required data is present, exactly 3 hours after the service ends, when the experience is still fresh but the guest is already home, it automatically sends out a personalized review request with the Google review link, and logs the send in Sheets. If anything is missing, the system doesn't send a broken message, it just logs the case separately.
