Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026
This policy explains what information Zsombor Tomsity AI Solutions ("I", "me") collects when you visit this website or get in touch, and how it's used. This site is aimed at business visitors and does not knowingly collect information from children.
Who is responsible for your data
Zsombor Tomsity, operating as Zsombor Tomsity AI Solutions, registered in Hungary. For any question about this policy or your data, contact zsombortomsity0@gmail.com.
What information is collected
This website itself does not run its own analytics or tracking scripts, and does not use a contact form. Information is collected in two ways:
- Booking a call. Scheduling is handled by Calendly, a third-party service. When you book a call, Calendly collects the details you provide (such as name and email address) under its own privacy policy. I only see the booking details needed to hold the call.
- Emailing directly. If you email me, I receive whatever information you choose to include in that email.
How your information is used
Information collected through a call booking or email is used only to respond to you, hold the discovery call, prepare a proposal, and — if you become a client — deliver and support the project. It is not sold, rented, or used for unrelated marketing.
Client project data
When working on an automation project, access is requested only to the specific systems needed to build it (for example, a CRM or a Slack workspace). Automations run inside your own accounts and tools, not on a third-party server, and access is limited to what the project requires.
Cookies
This site does not set its own cookies. The Calendly booking widget may set cookies necessary for scheduling to work — see Calendly's own privacy policy for details.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you, or ask how it's being used. To do so, email zsombortomsity0@gmail.com.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated occasionally to reflect changes to the site or how information is handled. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
